This Cookie Policy explains how TriStiX S.L. (NIF B-26925016) uses cookies and similar storage (such as your browser's local storage) on the NetSenX website (https://netsenx.com). The NetSenX dashboard at app.netsenx.com is covered by the Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Local storage works in a similar way but stays in your browser and is not sent to the server with each request. We refer to both as "storage" below.
2. How Consent Works on This Site
On your first visit a banner offers three choices of equal prominence: Accept all, Reject non-essential and Customize. Under Customize, every optional category starts switched off; nothing is pre-ticked. The site works fully if you reject everything optional.
Your choice, and the time you made it, is saved in your browser's local storage under the key nx-consent-v1. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us. The Cookies button in the bottom-left corner of every page reopens the banner, showing your current choice, so you can change or withdraw it at any time. A withdrawal takes effect immediately, in every open tab.

4. Analytics (Only With Your Consent)

Until you allow the analytics category, the analytics code is not even downloaded and nothing is measured. After you allow it, only page views and page leaves are recorded, without a personal profile. Session recording, click tracking, heatmaps and surveys are switched off. If you withdraw your consent, measurement stops immediately.
The Marketing category in the banner is not used on this site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Third-Party Content You Choose to Load
- YouTube videos. Blog posts show videos behind a click-to-play button. Until you press play, nothing is loaded from YouTube: no player, no thumbnail and no cookie. When you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube (Google) may then store data in your browser under its own policy.
- Calendly. After you submit the demo request form, the page may show a Calendly scheduling calendar. Calendly may then store data in your browser under its own policy. Nothing is loaded from Calendly before that step.

Via Browser Settings
You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser. Deleting nx-consent-v1 makes the banner appear again on your next visit.
